How do I connect the iPad to Cellular Data?

To turn on Cellular Data go to your iPads home screen, click settings, then Cellular Data, then turn on Cellular Data.

How do I connect the iPad to my Wi-Fi?

To turn on Wi-Fi go to your iPads home screen, click settings, then Wi-Fi, turn on Wi-Fi, then choose a network.

What do I do when it asks for permission to use the camera?

Click OK to allow Big Picture Proof access.

What do I do when it asks for permission to access Photos?

Click OK to allow Big Picture Proof access.

What do I do if I cannot login?

Ensure you are connected to either a functional Wi-Fi Network or Cellular Data.

What do I do if the App wont load?

First try restarting the iPad by holding the top button for five seconds and then swiping right on the "power off" bar that appears on the screen. Wait fifteen seconds and then turn the iPad back on by pressing and holding top button. Then relaunch the app.

How long should I keep the iPad on after an event?

Until the "remaining to upload" value has reached zero. To find this value go to your iPads home screen, click settings, scroll all the way to the bottom on the left and click on the Big Picture Proof icon.

I dropped my iPad and the screen broke, What do I do?

Call iPad Support toll free at (877) 633-8866 immediately. Do NOT use the iPad further. The screen is made of glass and you or a consumer may cut your finger on the broken screen.

The app just closed out by itself, what should I do?

Relaunch the app.
